I want to inform you that yes domicile certificate will be required for every state level counselling and in gujrat state level counseling you need to have 11th and 12th class passout certificate from the territory of gujrat state only.

unfortunately you can not apply for gujcet, a candidate must be resident of gujarat from birth to be eligible to apply for gujcet.
The candidate must have passed Class 12th with PCM/ PCB stream . The candidates must have passed Class 12th with a minimum of 45% of marks. Candidates belonging to reserved categories and PH category will have 5% relaxation in the qualifying marks.
but most importantly , you must be a resident of that state , that is gujarat.

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has released the GUJCET 2022 application form at the official website - gseb.org. The GUJCET 2022 application form date was January 25. You will find the application form in the official website. The last date to fill the application form is on February 5, 2022. Candidates need to fill the application form on or before the last date. Candidates are advised to fill the application from before the last date so that no problems are faced by the students. Candidate can fill the application fee of GUJCET 2022 through Debit /Credit Card/Internet banking, SBI Branch Payment and Online and Push Response.

Nationality - The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
Domicile -
The candidate must be a Gujarat resident by birth
Or
The candidate must have passed 10+2 in a school situated in Gujarat
Parents of the candidate must belong to Gujarat and must be living there at the time of admission.
Qualification -
The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. And any of the Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer/ Vocational Subject. Candidates appearing in the 10+2 examination are also eligible for the exam.
Minimum Marks - The candidate must have scored at least 45% marks in 10+2 or equivalent. Minimum marks for C/ST/SEBC/EWS is 40%

The Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology, Gujarat accepts GUJCET score. You can get admission into the college through GUJCET exam also. However, the college also accepts JEE main exam marks, to get admission into the college.

GUJCET is conducted for 120 marks. Each question carries one mark while there is 0.25 negative marking for incorrect answer. A safe score to get seat in Government Institute aries in between 75-85 marks. To have high chances to get seat in a Government Institute you need to score minimum 75-85 marks above. If we consider the previous year cut off, it is noted that the cut off is different for each institute, branch and category. The cut off tends to change and the factors effecting the cut off are total number of seats, difficulty lev of examination, total number of candidates appeared and previous year cut off. Hello Aspirant, To get into Sardar Vallabhbhai National institute of technology (SVNIT) you have to write joint entrance examination main which is a national level examination for b.tech program you cannot get seat in any NITs with state level examination like gujcet. So no you won't get seat in SVNIT with your gujcet and 12th marks.
