The marks scored by you is a decent one but Nirma University is also one of the top level university in India with the great academic records so firstly you have to get your rank first by using any online rank predictor so that you can easily compare it with the cutoffs of college but than too there will be very less chance of your getting admission in this particular college on your percentile but there are many more to look for.

Dear candidate in genuine cases when you reappear for an examination your previous rank gets cancelled and your new rank will be regarded as a your merit rank. If you appear for GUJCET to enroll yourself for ACPC counselling then the merit rank that you will secure will be your academic general rank, there is no such repeater rank considered in subsequent years.

Eligibility criteria-
A minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate at B. Sc. (General or Honours) or equivalent degree from a university endorsed by the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara. The student must have studied a relevant subject at B. Sc. For subjects like Biochemistry, Microbiology, PGD Applied Biochemistry, and Medical Biotechnology; students with B. Sc. Degree in any of the life science subjects or chemical science subject are eligible. For Biostatistics, students with B. Sc. in Biological, Chemical or Mathematical sciences are eligible.
Minimum Eligibility Marks for students of different categories:
General: 50%
SC/ST: Pass
SEBC: 45%
Physically Handicapped: 47%
Government of Gujarat rules for the reservation quota will be observed in admission for SC/ ST/ SEBC/ Physically handicapped/ Defence persons/Sportsperson etc.
Allocation of seats for the students from Vadodara district, other districts of Gujarat and from other states of India will be as per the University rules.
Candidates who have appeared for the final year of the qualifying examination may also apply and appear in the Entrance Test. However, the eligibility will be verified and admission will be confirmed only after production of the original mark sheet of the qualifying examination.
Students with B. Sc. (Electronics) are NOT eligible for admission to M. Sc. in Physics.

As per the individual state rule you need to appear for state entrance examination to get admission into B.Pharm courses. So appearing for GUJCET would have increased your chances of selection however if you have appeared for JEE Mains then there is still a chance as the college allot 10 % of their total seats for JEE Mains Qualified students, you still have a second chance,
No to be eligible for GUJCET candidates must be a resident of Gujarat by birth and only those candidates who have cleared GUJCET are eligible for counselling. The exam conducting authority will release the opening and closing rank of GUJCET 2022 at the official website. Candidates allotted seats will be required to pay the token tuition fees online at jacpcldce.ac.in. The allotment of seats will be done on the basis of Gujarat CET, preferences and availability of seats.
