Gujarat Common Entrance Test
Dear aspirant,
Congratulations for cracking GUJCET. As you see the final merit list for GUJCET 2020 will be made by taking 60% from your 12th scores and 49% from your GUJCET scores.
MSU is one of the most renowned colleges and it is indeed difficult to get admission there that too in such a demanding stream like CSE. If you are from General Category then it is very, very difficult for you to get CSE in MSU. However you might have little chance if your category is SC/ST. I'll suggest you to check some other colleges too, as in case you don't get admission in MSU you will have other options. It is better to be in the safe side.

Hi aspirant,
As per the cutoff released by Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), Gujarat, for admission at LD College of Engineering, Ahmedabad, for EWS category, the opening rank is around 4600 and closing at 7900 and I believe your rank is much lower. So it seems like it will be difficult to get admission there or any other colleges in Ahmedabad for civil engineering also seems difficult. You may however get seat for Civil Engineering at colleges like Govt. Engineering College, Valsad, GH Patel Engineering College, Anand etc.
To find out about your chances accurately based on your rank, check out GUJCET College Predictor in the link below:
Based on previous years data, you might have a chance in:
Civil Engineering
Electrical Engineering
ECE
Instrumentation and Control Engineering
Power Electronics Engineering
In 2019, the cut off rank for Electrical Engineering for SEBC was 12570. Weill this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. With that percentage and marks, its hard for you to secure any position in any government college through GUJCET. You might still apply for any private college out there because they can still take you as per the cut off declared. You haven't stated your category so can't comment much but in general category, you might not.
