As per your percentile you will get 95-100 marks and Rank is between 1000-3400 and according to the previous year data you are not eligible for chemical engineering at MSU BARODA. But there are many more  branches where you can apply.

But rank and cut-off are changes every year so you tried for counselling at the last. I wish that you can get the college which you want.

Though cutoff vary every year depending upon various factors , I can provide you with last year closing rank for Maharaja Sayijirao University for Computer Science It was 550 .You can check your State ranking  through ACPC and apply accordingly .

Counseling process that is conducted By ACPC ( Admission Committee for Professional Courses) every year . Students are admitted on the basis of ranking and merit list provided by ACPC. and they are responsible for admission process in Gujarat state . GUJCET score is must to participate in B.tech counseling process.

Students who wish to participate must visit nearest branch of Punjab National bank to purchase Information Booklet and PIN .

Students need to pay 350 RS for same.

The booklet have detailed steps for Online registration process and nearest helpline contact details .

It conducts choice filling rounds for students in order to do that Candidates must visit official website mentioned in booklet and you will able to see choices according to your eligibility. It consists of 2 rounds Mock round and Final round and if candidates want to accept seat they can pay fees and download there slip for admission confirmation.

There are different marks depending upon your category to qualify state level examination i.e GUJCET and for seeking Admissions in Medical you must Give NEET entrance examination for admission in Medical , Dental colleges for India . All state level entrance have been replaced by NEET. So in order to seek admission in MBBS you should attempt NEET . As you are not mentioned your category so I am giving the answer assuming you are from general category.According to your percentile in GUJCET that is 93.18 you may get some good colleges in Gujrat but if you are looking for some government college then it is little bit of hard to get it.

MS University takes into consideration the class 12 marks as well as the gujcet mark and the rank you get based on that. However for getting admission in in CSE branch in MS University your gujcet rank should be very high

It should be nearly 300 to 350 as per previous your statistics. Also it takes some portion of the class 12th marks which should be more than 94-97 % to get the particular rank. So it should be really difficult to get admission in CS branch in MS University with this marks in class 12 and gujcet.

You c still apply for other better colleges with the gujcet marks.
