You  should be domicile of Karnataka state.

You must have completed minimum 7 years of their academic qualification from class I from the institutions of Karnataka.

If you are not the origin of Karnataka are eligible for admission

No according to their eligibility criteria the student needs to be a domicile of karnataKa in order to get eligible for the exam or of his/her parents spent more than 7 years in Karnataka.

You will have to clear up all your backlogs in each and every subject, then only you can apply for this examination.

So, first you will have to clear your backlogs otherwise your online application form might be rejected. Focus on your subject papers.

Hello aspirant. Irrespective of the college you belong to from B.E or B.Tech any one from government recognised colleges can write PGCET of any state. So you can write PGCET of Karnataka after your B.E or B.Tech from CBIT or Vasavi College.
