No, income certificate and transfer certificate are not required for the Karnataka PGCET Counselling 2018.
All the document required to present at the time of counselling are:
Migration Certificate is a document issued by the institute/school after the completion of your degree or class 12th respectively. It is a document issued by the respective authority which provides you the relieving in order to continue your college or studies in other institutions.

yes its important to carry all necessary details even if dont asked becoz they might be used instead of other details and keep atleast 2 xerox copies for each doc wether personal or academic and keep admit card with you too
