Students from other state cannot appear in karnataka PGCET.The student or their parents should have resided in the state for atleast 7 year.

Students not belonbelo Karnataka have to write COMEDK PGET in order to get engineering or medical seat in karnataka.

you must have 50% in your graduation after clearing the back exam if you are getting 50% in your graduation so you can  apply for the PGCET exam.

they both are not ame they are different enterance exam , PGCET is a state level entrance exam of MBA and KMAT is an all india exam which takes place in few cities and it is for all the candidates across india.
