The candidate should have studied and passed in one or more Government or Government recognised educational institutions located in the State of Karnataka for a minimum period of SEVEN academic years commencing from 1st standard to 2nd PUC

If you belong to general category you must obtain 45% aggregate score in 10+2.

And if you belong to reserve categories sc, st category 1 or OBC you have to secure minimum 40% marks.

Is your question regarding obtaining the reservation certificate or is it regarding the last date of submitting the certificate to avail the reservation?

In case your question is about the last date for submitting the certificate to avail the reservation then 

for Ex-Defence the date to submit

The last date for applying for KCET online is on 20th March.It is already an extended date, so I don't think there will be extension anymore.I am sorry to inform you about this but I think there is no other way now.
