you have to get ranking around 5000 or less in KCET  to get top colleges and desired branch in desired engineering college . you can work hard and score good rank in kcet to get descent college.

Yes you are eligible. Citizen of Karnataka or candidates who have studied in Karnataka can avail separate KCET Reservation. The minimum age to apply for the exam is 17 years.

Yes,  the second attempt results will be out in July. But don't worry because KCET will have a second counseling in July for the students who didn't get a chance in the first counseling. You can carry your relevant documents on the day you attend the second counseling.

No, you can't apply for KCET . KCET is the exam conducted by karnataka government and only karnataka people can apply . If you want to apply for KCET, you should have domicile of Karnataka.
