According to the official website of KCET, the limitation on number of attempts of KCET is not mentioned. But one can appear for KCET if age less than 24 years.

In order to apply for KCET you have to fulfill below eligibility criteria:
You must have studied and passed from a recognised institution situated in Karnataka. The academic study from a state institute should be for a minimum period of 7 years, starting from 1st standard to 2nd

You can't apply for KCET if you are from other state. If you have studied for a period of minimum 7 years in Karnataka state then you can apply for KCET if not you can't apply.
