Hello Vijay,

Yes, the candidate who have attended the last year kcet but not joined the alloted college he/she can write the kcet exam in the present year but the condition is, for example if you have got seat in engineering discipline/stream then you are not able to opt engineering

Hi,

To answer your question, no it is not, KCET is not open for all. It is reserved only for students of Karnataka.

But, COMEDK is open for all Indian Students though the fee is a lot more in COMEDK.

Yes he shallbe eligible an dhe needs to submit proof of residence as well as Domicile of state to be honored eligible under KCET norms. 

YOu can submit all marksheets, ID Proof and caste certificate if any.
