If you are going through your own personal means then I would suggest to surrender the seat allotted through Kcet only after you get confirmation from the other source.

It depends on college, if your college allow for fee waiver 

then you have to submit the income certificate at the time of admission.

Then that time or after your money will be refund to you. There are differnet rule for colleges .

i was sorry to tell you that i was unable to answer your question because in karnataka there around 5 colleges inwhich agriculture college in  raichur is top number in karnataka 

and also u should mention the college which prefer then i can guide u

According to KCET's notification, candidate who surrenders allotted seat in Second Extended Round, the entire amount paid by the candidates will be forfeited as per rules.
