You have to collect the documents as mentioned in kcet brochure/download the brochure from official kcet website.
you should get attested all the photocopies and submit them and show orginals to them during counselling

definitely you can get government seat in a good college with good branch ,so thinnk well before doing option entry after counselling
if i am counting the number of zeroes on that rank correctly then, i doubt the idea of you getting a seat in there.
