There have been similar cases like this in the past .The reason being that the college in which the student compeleted his PUC or 11th and 12th in case of CBSE has not submitted his marks to the Karnataka CET board .Please refer to your college management about

Yes,you can definately get a goverment seat in karnantaka with your rank but it is highly doubtfull whether it can happen in the first initial rounds.Please be patient and keep proceding towards the subsequent rounds of KCET including the Casual Round which is the last round of KCET.
