EnginnEngin entrance test is all an all India exam --EE MAINS. if you qualify you can appear for JEE-ADVANCED which is the entrance test for the IITs

The official date of KCET result has not been announced by the admission authorities yet. However, the result is supposed to be released in the last week of May 2018. The result will consist of your subject wise score as well as the total secured score in the examination.

Out of the two, rural certificate is more useful for providing you with reservations.
Kannada medium certificate has same authority as hsc or high school certificate.
