The requirement is that one needs to get their KCET application form attested by a gazetted officer. So only one side sign would suffice. Get it signed or attested at the end of the application form that would be sufficient.

I am sorry.. but if you have 10 years study certificate doesn't it include sslc too?? But you need sslc score card it's a mandatory document.
