Yes you can get University of Horticultural Sciences, Bagalkot if you have a reservation category. You must be having either SC(Rural) or SC(general) category reservation because last year the cutoff was around 16000 for these two categories.

With this rank you can't get a seat in any other category.

1. 12th marks missing
2. You must have marked the code inversion wrong
3. Revaluation of your 12th means your marks must have changed and a new rank needs to be assigned.
