As per your rank and as per previous year cutoff, the branches you will get in Alva's Institute of Engineering and Technology is CSE and ECE. For CSE last year cutoff is 46000 and for ECE closing cutoff rank is 60000.  So, You get seat in alvas institute

If you wantto get a seat in mbbs in KArnataka via NEET through state counselling  then you need to get a domicile ecrtificate in Karnataka. Without a domicile ecrtificate you cannot get  a seat via state counselling. However you may get a seat via all india quota. I
