Hello Aspirant,

One can get admission through KCET inly when he has studied atleast 7 years in Karnataka or his parents must be from Karnataka and since you are from a different state you should not apply for it.

There are various eligibility criteria in order to write KCET examination.
the basic criteria is a candidate should have studied at least 7 years in karnataka. or the parents of the candidate should have studied at least 7 years in karnataka in order to write KCET.

No, you cannot appear in any of these exams because as per CBSE norms and guidelines the candidate who registers for the Improvement exam in the succeeding year, he/she cannot pursue higher studies till the improvement exam is given. He/She has to take a drop.

The correction window for KCET examination will be active in the time period of 19th to 25th March 2020. You can edit your incorrect entries and fill in the right ones before submitting. The edit option in the KCET 2020 application form will be provided only via Online

You will have to fill the that in your application form from where it asks about quota(if any).
And you have to keep Identity card issued by the jurisdictional deputy commissioner/district magistrate/rehabilitation commissioner, for reservation of government seats under jammu & kashmiri migrants quota while counselling.
