Sorry to inform you but you can't be able to add or delete fresh option for kcet councelling, you can change only order of the colleges after 1st round counselling.

If you are not satisfied with your second round extended results then you can go for mop up round. It is not compulsary that you can't participate in mop up round if you have selected your seat in KCET second round extended.
NO, the college fees are the same for any number of councelling round. It it applicable for any college you apply for. Its all that if one doesnt gets admission then the councelling fees is no more with the person but yes the change in fees of college is not
