If you are alloted a college in round one you can attend neet counselling side by side if you did took admission in the alloted college. Ask the alloted college about the procedure to withdraw admission and if the fees would be refunded if you withdraw admission, till then

it totally depends upon the colleges you filled in your preference list. Along with it, many people leave their seats after 1st round because they might get a better college. So, you might get a seat but as you can see, this thing depends upon your luck aswell.
