In KCET , under clause M, son or daughter of  Jammu and Kashmir migrants can claim seat under Jammu and Kashmiri quota. As for the seats Earmarked by Government for Clause M Kashmiri migrants,  there is a Single seat Earmarked in every engineering college affiliated with KCET. So

There is an option of forgot password when you login on the website . you can reset your password with the security question you entered at the time of filling the form.

As you have 1472 rank, you have all the chances of getting a seat in top colleges of karnataka which consider kcet exam. You wil get a seat in rv, ms ramaiah , bms or pes but not exactly the main branches

YES, you will have to do the registeration and payment for NEET counseling between 19th June and 24th June 2019. KCET and NEET are two different exams and thus the document verification you did for KCET will not be applied for NEET.
