Supernumerary quota is applicable for those whose income is less than 6 lakhs per annum. As you have mentioned that your annual income is 24000 , you are eligible to get seat under supernumerary quota. You need to submit supernumerary quota to get seat during documents verification.

I'm sorry but you cannot get a seat at AIIMS with this score. The cut off of AIIMS MBBS 2019 is the minimum required percentage which needs to be scored in order to qualify for the exam.

Yes you can get a seat in top colleges as you have reservation quota and supernumery quota. It might be difficult to get CS EC in RV, MS ramaiah, BMS and pes but you do have chance to take up these branches
