i want to know better course among bbe and eco honours

Pushpa 21st Feb, 2020

Hello,

Well bbe and Eco hons both the lines are related to economics only. In Eco hons you will study the economics in depth which includes strong base for maths also. Whereas in bbe it's a general course. It is basically a combination of bcom hons and Eco hons .

Moreover bbe is much more easier as compared to Eco hons.

If you are good in maths and interested in economics then only opt for Eco hons.

Now let's come to the scope.

There are many options after economic hons

1-MA ECONOMICS

There are many good institute for MA like dse,isi etc and MA economic has good placements in corporate world also.

2-IES-INDIAN ECONOMIC SERVICES

in this only lying economic students can go.

The respect and services an ias officer get and an ies officer gets are the same.

3-PHD

You can also do phd in economics which also has a lot of value at the national as well as international level.

4-MBA -It's the last option I would say.

It can be done even after any course.

The scope after bbe

After bbe you can only go for mba that's it.

So its scope is limited.

But if you do eco hons then you have 1 more option in corporate world and 1 great reputed option in government job.

College is only for 3 years but course and it's scope will help you in your entire life.

from those details decide which one to opt as you are the one who is going to pursue the course.

So All The Best

In KEAM 20 registration by mistake i uploaded Income Certificate which was issued by Tahsildar. As per KEAM prospectus the said certificate should be issued by concerned Village Officer. My question is that shall i get opportunity to upload the correct t certificate during the correction period?

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 16th Feb, 2020

Justin, while KEAM website isnt clear about all the corrections that you can make in your application form. But Tahsildar stays on the top of  the hierarchy. If you have a certificate issued by Tahsildar, it still stays valid because if Village officer is the head of a village, a Tahsildar is the head of a block of villages. So that should be absolutely fine. But if you still want to upload a certificate issued by the Tahsildar, usually uploaded images can be changed only if notified. Some uploaded images also have "Edit" option which means you can change the uploaded images during the correction window. KEAM will open its correction window during the 1st week of March tentatively. So please watch out for official information.
