Spot allotment generally happens at the end of all rounds of counseling. In case there is a vacant seat, the spot allotment will be done. Candidate having their names in the rank list will be eligible to attend the spot allotment. However, candidates who have obtained seats in

till now there has been no official 

statement released regarding fourth allotment by cee but the keam 2019 candidate portal on logging in has shown the option registration for the next allotment process do check as soon as possible .
