Yes, commencement of second phase for keam exam is on 27 th june so,  you can delete higher otion on 27th june.

While the phase allotment of seat is on july 2 .

So you can delete the higher option on 27 th june.

Yes, it is possible that you can delete the second allotment option for your KEAM. after the first allotment is done and the seat availability is shown.
