Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical is an entrance examination (KEAM) merit list will be released in the third week of June. Let me tell you all the important dates:

If you have locked your choice for counselling,  than there is no chances  for changing of your choice list. You could have done it before locking of of choices. 

But if you have not locked than you can do it.

You can alter your choices before the second round of mock counselling only. You cannot even alter it after the system locks it after first mock round. So, it's before 24th June you have to finalize your choices and lock them.

You need to provide me your category as well because there are many categories in KEAM 2019.

Generally, the cutoff for the last round for some categories tends to increase by 1500 to 2500 ranks.

Yes definitely, you should wait for the second allotment.As your rank is quite good enough to get any of the college.As you have not get a seat in any college.So according to me you should wait for the second allotment.
