Based on the previous year cutoff's you have very high chance to get seat in Government colleges of Trivandrum,it might be slighlty difficult for B.arch becaus ethe cutoffs for B.arch were very high last year but for other degrees u have a good chance.

Osmania University is a prestigious university which opens many gates of opportunities for it's students. And getting admission in this university is an achievement in itself. Since the university is such high ranked hence the cut-offs will be high as well.
