IISER results are declared within 2 days of writing the exam. But no official marks and merit list has been declared till the last year. They only provide you whether you are selected or not selected.

According to your KEAM rank you will get seat in government college of engineering in Kozhikode for chemical Engineering. But as for as in Thrissur it is difficult for you to get placed by refering to your rank.

There are only 2 Government Engineering colleges in Thiruvananthapuram - CET and GEC,Barton Hill.

                                                                       

If you score 600+ in KEAM, then your rank would be around 1000-1200. With this rank, you can get courses like EE, Applied Electronics and Civil, ECE, IE in CET.

KEAM takes your Final year Percentage and your team marks in 50/50 ratio. So your rank cannot be predicted without knowing your class 12 percentage also. Since you you say that you have scored 300 out of 600, I feel like that there is a mistake in your question. The

No, the +2 marks will be consider along with keam score for merit list.  There will not be any kind of requirement of +1 marks.
