I am sorry to say that You cannot land any Government colleges with a rank of 27000, unless you have a category reservation.
However, you can try for Government controlled and self financing engineering colleges in Kerala.
The rank lists for Bpharm courses is prepared seperately. To get into government and government controlled colleges, you need to get a rank between 1000-18000. For preparation of rank list, your KEAM score is calculated as follows (out of 480)
