    As per KEAM official site the dates for the allotement of seatand reporting at the alloted college was till 1st week of AUGUST only,still if you have any doubts you can refer to this site brother-

    If you want to get admssion in top government college then you have to score rsnk under 2500.
    But with this rank, your chance is little bit tough.

    You'll have a to certain amount at the college during after the 1st allotment, to confirm your allotment. If you didn't do this your allotment gets cancelled
