I scored 134.798 marks in keam entrance exam and 100% in PCM in kerala HSE board. Am I able to study the branch chemical engineering in GEC thrissur or any other similar govt colleges with this branch in other district with good standard under self finance?? Also I belongs to OBC-NCL reservation.

The KEAM application form will be available  on the official website . Applicants must review the qualifying conditions before filling out the KEAM 2022 application form. Registration, filling out an application form,  Before the deadline, candidates must complete the KEAM application form. The stages must be followed attentively since any incorrect information might result in the requirement to fill out a new form or pay the application costs again.

If you wish to get seat in the Private Medical Colleges in Karnataka then it is advisable that you first go through the complete details regarding fee structure for every college available on the official website of Karnataka NEET Counseling conducting authority, because you don't have Domicile of Karnataka hence the fees for the private colleges will be more in your case compared to other candidates for same college having Domicile of Karnataka.

i am a muslim with creamy layer as my mother is a gezzted govt employee .will i get any reservation in keam

With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that there are not as such kind of reservation fro muslim creamy layer candidates for KEAM exam.

Further, To know about the eligibility criteria for Keam exams you can follow the below criteria :

Before filling out the KEAM 2022 application form , the candidates are advised to check their eligibility. If a candidate is found to be ineligible, then they will not be allotted any seats in the participating institutes.

Nationality

  • Candidates should be of Indian nationality.

  • However, Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/ Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) will also be termed eligible for KEAM 2022. These candidates will not be eligible for reservation.

Domicile

Candidates have to belong to one of the following categories - Keralite, Non-Keralite Category I (NK I) or Non-Keralite Category II (NK II). To prove the domicile, the candidates will be required to submit certain documents.


KEAM 2022 Age Limit

  • As per KEAM eligibility criteria 2022, the candidates should be minimum 17 years old as on December 2022.

  • No maximum age limit.

Educational Requirements

  • Should have qualified Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala or equivalent exam with minimum 45% aggregate in Physics , Chemistry and Mathematics .

  • If the candidate has not studied Chemistry during 12th standard, then the marks of Computer Science will be considered. Further, if the candidate has also not studied Computer Science along with Chemistry, then the marks in Biotechnology will be considered by the authorities. Finally, if the candidate has not studied any of the given subjects, the scores of Biology will be considered.

KEAM Required Marks

  • Candidates should have secured minimum aggregate marks of 45% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. It is the KEAM qualifying marks for Engineering. Chemistry is an optional subject whereas Physics and Mathematics are compulsory.

KEAM 2022 Eligibility Criteria: Keralite Category

  • If the candidates are originally from Kerala, they will be categorised as Keralite.

  • Children of All India Service (AIS) officers (Non-Keralites) allotted to Kerala cadre will also be categorised as Keralites but such candidates will not be eligible for Communal/ Special/ Persons with Disabilities reservation or any fee concession.

KEAM Eligibility Criteria 2022: Non-Keralite Category I (NK I)

Those candidates who do not fall under Keralite category but meet the given conditions will be considered for admissions under the Non-Keralite Category I (NK I).

  • Candidates who do not hail from Kerala but have completed their 8 to 12th standard in Kerala.

  • Candidates who have qualified their qualifying examination in Kerala and their Non-Keralite parents, a Government of India/ Defence Service, posted to Kerala.

  • Who have completed their qualifying courses from Kerala and their Non- Keralite parents who are serving or served Government of Kerala for a minimum period of two years.

  • Those candidates who do not belong to Kerala but are residents of Kerala and have completed a minimum of 5 years of their study out of 12 years in the state.

KEAM 2022 Eligibility Criteria: Non-Keralite Category II (NK II)

  • Candidates of this category will be eligible for admission to government and management quota seats in B.Tech programmes offered by government-controlled self-financing colleges and private self-financing engineering.

  • However, the students must note that candidates belonging to this category will get admission in the above given institutions only when the Keralite and Non- Keralite I (NK I) candidates are not available for admission.

  • Students must note that Communal/ Special/ Persons with Disabilities reservation or any fee concession will not be given to candidates belonging to this category.

Note: Candidates who belong to any of the three categories given above will be admitted in respect of seats reserved for the nominees of Government of India, Administration of Union Territory of Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep Administration and Jammu & Kashmir.

I got 200 marks in KEAM & 180 marks for PCM in + 2. What will be my rank in KEAM..?

In 2021 Ive got admission for engineering through KEAM 2021.I didnt joined, is it will effects badly to my KEAM 2022 admission procedures?

With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that if you've not joined the allotted college in KEAM 2021, then it won't affect your admission in KEAM 2022. The only thing that you need to do is that you need to again sit for the Coiunselling for KEAM 2022 and would again need to appear for KEAM exam 2022.

I belongs to obc frm Kerala . Here am regarded as UR in keam coz of not uploading obc- NCL certificate. I ve that NCL now. Im under obc in my all other certificates (SSLC,+2 etc).so during state counciling what shd I opt, obc or general? do my counciling get rejected or even my med admission?.

Now as you have OBC NCL certificate and your OBC NCL category has been listed in the state list of Kerala that you can enjoy the opportunities and advantages enjoyed  by a OBC category student as well as in NEET UG exam also. It will be better for you to appear for state quota counselling of NEET UG admission for MBBS and BDS etc courses.

Neither there is no apprehension of cancelling your candidature off NEET UG exam nor your candidature for MBBS will be cancelled

Does Bihar Board of Open Schooling and Examination (BBOSE) is accepted or valid for comedk or Keam Entrance Exam?

Hi,

Yes,student of all the state board or central board in INDIA are eligible for COMEDK . You have to seat for COMEDK entrance exam and secure rank under 3000 to get CSE,EEE,IT or ECE in top rank colleges under COMEDK.

KEAM ENTRANCE process for non- Keralite students

  • If you pass qualifying examination from Kerala and Parents are posted in Kerala. Employee of defense or central government are allowed to apply.
  • The candidates whose parents are serving/served Kerala Government for a period of 2 years and appearing/appeared qualifying examination from Kerala will come in this category and eligible for applying the exam
  • In case, if you are not the permanent resident of Kerala but spent 5 years of your study in Kerala then he/she is also eligible.
  • If you donot have domicile certificate of Kerala but completed/pursuing your 8 th to 12 th studies from Kerala than you are eligible for KEAM 2022.

If you fulfill the above criteria, you are eligible.

As you want to know the minimum score required for D pharmacy in NEET and KEAM. The NEET score is not used for admission to pharmacy programmes. The colleges that offer pharmacy programmes either hold an entrance exam or accept your board score. It all depends on which pharmacy college you want to attend.

For entrance test that particular college or university took. Their admission criteria is that you must have at least a 50 percent grade point average in physics, chemistry, math/bio. You can pursue a career in pharmacy by selecting PCB/PCM/PCMB as your core subjects for the 12th grade.

Hi there,
It depends on your category which rank you get. The KEAM cutoff will vary based on the institute, course and the candidates category. The expected cutoff of KEAM for General category is 50% whereas for other categories like SC/ST/SEBC is 40%.
