Will there be a fourth round of allotments for keam engineering in 2020 or will there be only a mop up round?

Hello,

There is no fourth round for counselling the third round of counselling is the last round. Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) has announced the third seat allotment for KEAM 2020 on November 10. Round 3 is the last phase of allotment conducted by Commissioner for Entrance Examinations to Self Financing Engineering/Architecture/Pharmacy colleges. First and second round seat allotment was announced on October 7 and 23 respectively.

Will the sd reservation in keam allotment, be considered in all the 4 allotment??

Hello aspirant,

SD reservation will be considered in the 4th phase allotment of KEAM. But, only some colleges do that ( as per the government statistics. Maybe it is because of lack of applicants ) . You can always check the official site for allotment details in every phase.

How many times can I give KEAM?

Hello student,
As per KEAM eligibility criteria 2021, the candidates should be minimum 17 years old as on December 2021.

No maximum age limit.

So you can write keam exam many times
Educational Requirements

Should have qualified Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala or equivalent exam with minimum 45% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

If the candidate has not studied Chemistry during 12th standard, then the marks of Computer Science will be considered. Further, if the candidate has also not studied Computer Science along with Chemistry, then the marks in Biotechnology will be considered by the authorities. Finally, if the candidate has not studied any of the given subjects, the scores of Biology will be considered.

The cultural fest of college of engineering is known as ILLUMINATI.it is the cultural fest where students participate in various events organized by the college.Events like singing,group dances or solo dance competition are held every year in this fest.This college also holds another event known as EXPO ENVIRON to spread awareness for environment and it's necessity.

Hi Richard,

There has been o official confirmation as of yet regarding 4th round.

The last two years definitely saw a 4th round or also called a mopup round to fillup the remaining seats.

Let the 3rd round commence atleast and then only will the 4th one start.

Dheevara and related communities, Viswakarma and related communities, Kusavan and related
communities, Other Backward Christian and Kudumbi communities, claiming reservation under
SEBC Quota should invariably upload Non-Creamy Layer certificate in the prescribed format
for State Government Education purpose obtained from the Village Officer concerned.

State Merit (SM) - 60%

Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) - 30%

Ezhava (EZ) - 9%

Muslim (MU) - 8%

Other Backward Hindu (BH) - 3%

If i get alloted mbbs seat in 2nd round but i want to try for better college in spot round can i resign said seat in 2nd round WITHOUT PENALTY n apply for spot round?

Hey,

If you do not take admission in the allotted college in second round of counselling, you can exit the counselling with forfeiture of deposit money. You will not get refund. After that, if you want to go for mop up round or spot round then you have to do fresh registration.

Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE) has released the KEAM B.Arch 2020 rank list on October 11. Candidates can access the KEAM B.Arch rank list 2020 through login using their application number and password. Earlier, the authorities re-opened the KEAM application form 2020 for B.Arch admission on September 14. Candidates interested in B.Arch admission through KEAM were able to submit the application form available online atcee.kerala.gov.inup to September 18. The application form of KEAM B. Arch 2020 was earlier released on February 1 in online mode. KEAM B.Arch admission 2020 will be purely based on the performance of candidates in NATA 2020 and qualifying exam only. Authorities will not conduct any separate entrance exam for KEAM B.Arch. The Authorities will prepare the KEAM B.Arch 2020 rank list by giving equal weightage to the marks obtained in theNATA , conducted by the Council of Architecture, and the marks in the qualifying examination. The rank list of KEAM B.Arch 2020 will be published around the third week of June, which will be followed by online centralized counselling.

Should I join College of engineering Munnar or College of Engineering Cherthala?

College of engineering cherthala is better than munnar in placement and faculty wise. Average salary package offer in cherthala is around 3 lakh per annum. Around 60 to 70 %of student get placed every year. Top companies visiting are infosys,  cognizant,IBS,TCS etc . Around 40%of student get internship. Faculty is good and knowledgeable and having good experience.
