yes you can get admission without KEAM if you are appearing for NATA NATIONAL APTITUDE TEST FOR ARCHITECTURE which is a national level undergraduate exam which is conducted by Council of architecture (COA) for admission to 5-year B. Arch programme .
Moreover there are private colleges which provide direct admission under management qouta without KEAM or NATA score .

For KEAM B.Arch , you need to have NATA 2020 scores . JEE Arch scores are not acceptable for it. However, there are other reputed colleges which give admission through JEE Mains scores :
