Yes, a non Karnataka student can apply for KMAT. 

The basic KMAT elegibility criteria are:

• Having a bachelor's or master's degree is a must.
• Minimum age is 21.
• Student should have minimum 50% of marks if general and 40% if ST/SC.

Yes the result for KMAT 2018 has been declared earlier only. It was declared on 30thof June, 2018. You can check it on the website.

KMAT is of moderate difficulty level, and the judgement of its difficulty is mostly perspective based.

The syllabus for the test is divided into 3 sections- 

1. Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension 

2. Abstract and Logical Reasoning 

3. Quantitative Ability
