No you cannot appear for phase 2 and phase 3 examination of MET 2022 this is because the candidate whether appears in phase 1 or not but if he/she has registered for it then to appear in Phase 2 or 3 he/she needs to pay additional INR 1400/-

Once registered for MET 2022, as per the instruction given by the competent authorities, if you get absent in Phase 1 of MET 2022 then also you can apply for phase 2 but you will be only allowed to book slot for phase 2 on an additional payment of INR 1400/- so you can apply for phase 2 if you could not appear for phase 1 due to any reason.
