To get admission in  Manipal University you need to pass the intermediate exam and get required marks in MET . According to your marks you can get seat in Manipal University . Based on the previous year cut off's it is impossible to get good branches .

Yes there is a change to get CSE branch in manipal university.

According to your rank if you don't get in first round than don't get panic. Wait for more round surly you get your desired seat.

Though cutoff vary every year ,the lowest marks with which one can get Chemical Engineering at MIT, Manipal would be around 107/200. Though, to be certain of it, and get it in first round, a score of ~115 is generally considered safe and
