Yes if you have passed your 10+2 science from UP board then also you are eligible to give the MHT - CET exam. But here in this situation you will be classified as a All India Category Candidate and only be eligible for seats in private colleges of Maharashtra. Also
No, you can't get admission in engineering colleges in 85% state reserved quota. This is because the student must have done its 10th and 12th from the same state with its domicile. Whereas in your case, you have done your 12th from UP.

You can attempt MHT-CET for a maximum of three times. Further, there is no age limit for appearing MHT-CET, 2020. MHT-CET will be conducted from October 1, 2020 to October 15, 2020.
