The GPAT scholarship is given on the basis of whether or not you belong to any of the reserved categories, that is SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD. If you belong to any of the following categories then you are eligible for the scholarship.

No, outside Maharashtra candidate can not get admission in government colleges of Maharashtra through Mht-Cet, but are eligible for All India Seats of Private colleges.
