I am sorry to say but its extremely difficult that you will get admission in Thakur College of Engineering for CS at this quite low percentile. However, there are some of the other private colleges that may offer you admission in CS branch at this percentile too. DO try for them

As per your percentile which approximately 90 let me tell you that if you are the from general category it would be tough nut to crack because the cut offs would be higher but if you are from obc category then there are good chances for you to get a decent college.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
