Odisha Joint Entrance Examination
Hi candidate,
Ojee refers to Orissa joint entrance examination which provides the candidates seats in medical and engineering colleges on the basis of their JEE mains and neet ranks.
These candidates get admitted to the state government funded Institutions such as IGIT Sarang, and others such government colleges on the basis of ojee counselling rounds where candidates fill in the lock choices just as the JoSAA counselling process.
Hope that this answer helps you.
Dear aspirant,
According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about why ojee does not release the final allotment result for college level admission.
I would like to tell you that ojee does not release the final allotment result because the conductive body has its own policy.
Hi Candidate,
OJEE is also referred or simply known as Odisha JEE, which is a state-based entrance examination primarily for the students of Odisha state. OJEE offers several Undergraduate seats for Admission based on the JEE Mains Score and provides Admission taking all reservation criteria in account.
If you have not got any seat in the General Counselling Rounds, then you can apply for the Spot Round which offers the unoccupied Seats in several State-Government colleges.
Dear Aspirant,
There is no upgradation after the final seat is allotted to you based on the list of College choices that you have given and the rank that you have achieved.
Upgradation occurs only when there is some sort of temporary seat allotment. In case, candidates withdraw from the seat in a college which you have also given in a list of choices with a higher preference than the college allotted to you in the temporary seat allotment, then only you can get that seat if you have a good rank with respect to that seat.
In case of final allotment, there shall be no changes in the college allotted to a candidate in a particular branch. The candidate must download the final allotment letter and gather all the necessary documents required for OJEE counselling. Once all the documents are verified, only then it means that you have accepted the seat offered to you or else the seat remains vacant.
I hope you understood what you wanted to know. Good luck for your future endeavors and in your engineering career.
According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about if you can get a seat in 3rd round.
As per my calculations, your ojee rank and considering you as sc candidate, your sc rank is also high and because of this you have not been colleges as per your choices. But don't worry you will definitely get a seat till spot round in the worst case .
Hello aspirant,
Since you have mentioned your caste category in your query though you have secured with a rank of 7495 in OJEE, let's consider it as unreserved category (UR) or general category. Your rank is 7495 and as per the category, the range of cutoff marks is 690-450, in that case, your rank range is within 1-145069. So yes, you may be eligible to get a seat in B. Pharma.
These are the colleges offering B. Pharma program through OJEE rank counselling are-
Hope, this helps you.
The student experts, though got to know your rank secured in OJEE, but in which college or university that you have not specified in the query. Until and unless you mention the name of the college, the name of the course you want to be joined and the caste category so as to know the category wise cutoff trend, it will be a little difficult to predict out whether you have any chances of getting a seat in the college/university or not.
Feel free to share your details in the query in the comment section so that with proper research and information, the student experts will be able to tell you the solution.
Hope, it helps you.
Hello Bikash,
Well, yes you are right! if you get any seat in josaa counselling and it gets upgraded then then you can't degrade it in subsequent rounds, as is stated before the submission of Willingness Document while registering in josaa... however you have the choice of withdrawing the seat and you can participate in CSAB (spot round) with no restriction....
Hope this helps, and feel free to ask any further query...
