Income can be anything but to get scholarship the income required is different. For EBC students whose TS EAMCET Rank is below 10000 then their family income should be Rs. 2,00,000 for Urban area and Rs. Rs. 1,50,000 for Rural area to get scholarship.

You need to fill the caste certificate number in TS EAMCET online application form. The caste certificate number will be on the caste certificate issued by the competent authority which you have obtained from MEE SEVA. You can find it on the top right corner of the certificate below

As you said that you have not submitted your EWS certificate and you want to use it in your application form but I would like to tell you that I don't think you cannot use it at the counselling time because you haven't uploaded in your application form.

if you have mentioned in the application that you belong to the EWS category, then yes during the counselling process for admission you will be required to produce the EWS certificate, as proof.
