Yes, if you have qualified in both TS EAMCET and AP EAMCET and your document verification was successful then you can exercise web options for both TS EAMCET and AP EAMCET. The counselling is conducted separately. However, you can only join in one college you can take admission two colleges if you were allotted with seat in both AP and TS. You need to take admission in one college of your choice.
