The difference between TS EAMCET and AP EAMCET is nothing except the colleges in those particular states. The exam pattern, syllabus are same.
It depends on which college you prefer. According to that you can decide which exam is more suitable for you to write.

Under the special provision of the Andhra Pradesh Bifurcation Act, students from Andhra Pradesh are also given an opportunity to apply for TS EAMCET. But this provision is until 2024 only.
However, students from AP are considered Non-Local in TS EAMCET.

It is not possible to predict the rank because rank depends on number of candidates appeared in the exam, number candidates belonging your category, 25% IPE marks + 75% EAMCET marks.And only 25% of 600 marks ( PCM subjects in first and second year intermediate) in IPE are considered
Yes it is. If you plan on availing OBC reservation, then it is important to fill in the details that confirm the authenticity of your Category. But if you do not want to avail OBC reservation and want to apply through General Category, then you can skip that column.

It is good that you got 2000 rank in TS EAMCET but you may or may not get a seat in CBIT but not your desired branch . To get a seat in CSE you need to get a minimum of 1500 rank and that is not confirm .
