Nope brother if you have been upgraded from the first list allotted college into a new upper college in the second list you can't go back to the lower choice. That's why you have to be smarter in filling the choices of your colleges or else you could have locked

matrusri is the trust name which mvsr runs.its recent started engg college. Down the line it can be good one since on a overall note trust which is operating for both mvsr and matrusri is same.

It's a pleasure for us to inform you that yes, Spot counselling for TS EAMCET will be held after all the counselling rounds are over. 

However,

Spot Counseling will be help when you have a good rank and seats are vacant in

Hii,JEE or JEE-Mains are standard level exams held on international level. By scoring in these exams, you can get admission in any college including NITs. On the other hand, EMCET is a state level exam and it won't help you in getting admission in any IITs or NITs colleges.

I am sorry to say that you'll lose your admission in ts-eamcet if you go for spot Counselling. 

In my opinion, you should go for the college in which you have already taken admission as it'll be quite risky to go for spot round counselling.

No there will be no 3rd phasd in TS EMCET. There are only 2 phases in ts eamcet.
