The eligibility criteria to get fee reimbursement in Telangana : 

Full fee reimbursement for students : 

• Top 1000 ECET rankers
• Below10,000 rank in CET(EAMCET)

Those students whose rank is above 10,000 in CET is eligible for a fee reimbursement of  Rs. 35000 the rest to be paid by students.

Actually if you are alloted some college in the first counselling and you have given DD and then want to withdraw from it is possible on transferring money from the college you got during first counselling to the college you got in second counselling.

Yes, if you have secured a rank below ten thousand then you are eligible to get full fee reimbursement irrespective of their category.As you have secured a rank below ten thousand you will get full fee reimbursement even though you are non-local.

The certificate verification is done only once. There is no certificate verification for the second round.

Documents verification round is just done to checkup your certificates consciously by the officials so that they don't miss out any detail of you. 

There is no need to attend it once again for second round counselling if you have already done it in first round.

Its not only about TNEA any government be it state or centre during an educational counselling accepts medical certificate only from government hospitals especially if you need to prove anything for the purpose of reservation it is  due to the fact of it being more reliable than private

Ts eamcet counselling for bipc has aldready started on 24th june.

Payement of fee and slot booking is from 24th june to 1st july.

Certificate verification is from 27th june to 4th july.

Freezing of options 4th july.

Allotment of seats 6th july.

Payement of tuition fee is from 6th
