By having NCC you can have access to great reservation in TS EAMCET. Even though without NCC you can get into colleges like VNR VJIT CSE and GRRR CSE. But, by having NCC your chances of getting into better college will still rise.

As you got 65800 rank in TS EAMCET but you didn't mention that this rank is your general rank or EWS category rank due to this it is difficult to define about the seat. If this is your EWS category rank there are less chances to get seat
