It basically means the year and month in which you passed the HSC exam. The month in which you gave your hsc exam. If you failed in any subject and have the re-exam then in that subject field write down the month and year of the re-exam year.

For TNEA application 2019, if your father is still in army, you cannot choose the ex-servicemen category as during document verification, it will create a problem.

there is no resevation policy for domicile candidate for any state in iits.

however there are vacancy for sc/ st/obc candidates asper the norm, from this year there is a new reservation called ews for economically backward class candidates whose annual income is less than 8 lakhs.
