Yes, dear Sameer, TNEA is a Tamil Nadu Engineering entrance exam you can give after 12th. Through TNEA you can be counselling for Tamil Nadu college. If you really want to get good colleges in Tamil Nadu state you have to get good marks in TNEA or good rank.
