As you have got a good IPE percentage, you need to score somewhere between 80 and 100 to get a rank below 10000. If you score above 110, you'd be securing a rank which is below 1000.

I hope you are from BiPC stream and if you want to get admission without eamcet or neet it's difficult... atleast if you have good ipe percentage you may join into few colleges of pharmacy or any degree.

In MREC the only branch you can get is Civil engineering(most probable),for vbit too,you are only eligible for civil.For CMR,you can opt for mechanical,electrical,civil and ECE branch while looking at your NCC category,they don't give that much relaxation in cutoffs.

You have a very good rank Shruthi. For your rank you can get admission in Osmania University and JNTU. Along wid that colleges you have chances of getting in below mentioned colleges.
